NEWS: As of October 29, 2009: President signed the FY 2010 DHS appropriations bill and extends EB-5 Program until 2012.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED), and CanAm Enterprises, LLC, are pleased to introduce the Pennsylvania Regional Center, which offers investment opportunities pursuant to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Investor Visa Program.

Based on a reputation of credibility and trust, the Pennsylvania Regional Center is fully committed to providing comprehensive services to our clients. We see each immigrant investor through the complete immigration process - from the selection of an investment project for the initial application to receiving a permanent green card.

Advantages

There are a number of advantages in applying for a U.S. Immigrant Investor EB-5 visa through the Pennsylvania Regional Center.

Our experience

We have more than 20 years of experience in immigrant investor visa programs, both in the U.S. and abroad including the PIDC Regional Center, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the Los Angeles Film Regional Center in Los Angeles County, California and the Hawaii Regional Center with the State Department of Business, Economic Development & Tourism (DBEDT). We have a staff with in-depth knowledge of the latest immigration procedures and requirements related to the Program. For our Regional Centers, CanAm has raised more than $625 million for projects totaling $2 billion.

Our relationship with DCED

All of our projects are reviewed and recommended by DCED, the Department of Community and Economic Development for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. DCED also monitors all of our projects for the life of the investment, including job creation.

Our projects

All our projects are with reputable businesses, each with strong financial standing and are committed to creating new jobs in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Our job creation methodology

Our projects are forecasted to create more than enough new, full-time jobs that qualify for the program. Each project is required to provide a detailed job creation forecast based on a business plan specifying its employment needs, which are carefully reviewed and evaluated by DCED prior to their recommendation of the project to us. Throughout the life of the project, these jobs are closely monitored by DCED, using DCED's own job reporting forms and supplemented by the project's employment records.

Our Services

Some of our key services to our investors include:

  • Knowledgeable staff to discuss investment projects in detail and answer questions from prospective and existing investors
  • Opportunities to visit Pennsylvania, DCED and our projects prior to investing
  • Recommending qualified immigration attorneys to help immigrant investors compile required documentation for the application
  • Providing comprehensive project and investment documentation to an immigrant investor's attorney for the application
  • Assisting investors through the U.S. consular interview process
  • Regular reporting and communication regarding the status of the investment
  • Detailed job creation reports provided by DCED
  • Monitoring of all project and investor information through our custom Project & Investor Management System
  • Preparation of all evidentiary documentation to demonstrate that the investor has fulfilled all the requirements of the Program
  • Preparing the application for the permanent green card on behalf of the investor
  • Recommending future investment opportunities
